- 1 mandoline not necessary but helpful
Ingredients
Dressing
- .5 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- .5 tsp garlic powder
- .5 tsp salt
- .25 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 6 cups cucumbers sliced thinly
- 1 cup red onion sliced thinly
Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add sliced vegetable and let sit for 30-60 minutes to develop flavour.
